Why convert images to PDF?

PDF is the format institutions expect. Upload portals for applications, claims, and coursework almost always accept PDF and often reject JPG or PNG. A PDF also keeps multiple pages in one file with a fixed page order, and prints at a consistent size instead of scaling each photo differently.

How to convert with AllDayPDF

• Choose the page size and orientation that matches the images — portrait for letters and forms, landscape for wide photos.

Getting good-looking pages

Match orientation to the image: a portrait photo stretched onto a landscape page leaves odd margins. For phone photos of paper documents, crop the photo to the paper's edges first — a tight crop converts into a much cleaner page.

Image quality carries over directly. The converter does not upscale or enhance, so a blurry photo becomes a blurry PDF page. Retake the photo in good light rather than hoping conversion will fix it.

Converting a PDF back to images

The reverse direction is useful when a platform wants an image instead of a document — for example posting a page to a social network or embedding it in a slide deck. Export the PDF and each page becomes a separate image file you can use anywhere.

Office documents

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint conversion is on the roadmap and marked "Coming soon" in the tool. It is not available yet — anything currently promising instant Office conversion elsewhere should be checked carefully before you upload sensitive files.
