The document never leaves your device while you work. Note that AllDayPDF places electronic signatures — it does not provide identity verification, notarization, or certificate-based digital signatures. Check the recipient's requirements for regulated documents.

- Is an electronic signature legally valid?
- For most everyday agreements, yes. In the United States the ESIGN Act and UETA give electronic signatures the same general standing as handwritten ones, and the EU recognises them under eIDAS. Wills, notarised documents, and some filings are exceptions — check what the recipient requires.
- Is this a certificate-based digital signature?
- No. AllDayPDF places electronic signatures. It does not provide identity verification, notarisation, or certificate-based digital signing.
- How many signatures are free?
- One signature per document is free. Pro unlocks unlimited signatures.
- Can I sign on a phone or tablet?
- Yes, and drawing with a finger or stylus usually produces a better signature than a mouse.
- Can the signature be removed afterwards?
- The downloaded PDF is flattened, so annotations are part of the page rather than a movable layer.
- Does the document get uploaded?
- No. Signing happens entirely in your browser.
