Gabriel Keith, trading as AllDayPDF (“we”, “us”), provides the tools available on this site. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using AllDayPDF on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

By uploading a document, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to process and sign it. You may not use AllDayPDF to impersonate another person, commit fraud, upload unlawful content, or bypass passwords or access controls on documents you don't own.

AllDayPDF helps place electronic signatures on documents. It does not provide identity verification, notarization, certificate-based digital signing, or guaranteed legal enforceability. Legal requirements vary by document and jurisdiction — confirm the recipient's requirements before signing.

We retain all rights in the AllDayPDF service, its software, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent the technical limits of the service. You keep all rights in the documents you upload.

We work to keep AllDayPDF available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or be withdrawn.

• Pro Monthly: $0.99 USD per month. Cancel anytime.
• Pro Yearly: $9.99 USD per year. Cancel anytime.
• Pro unlocks unlimited signatures and maximum compression on every document. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable tax is added at checkout.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
• Refunds follow our 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service at any time and cancel a subscription from your account page.

Files and outputs are deleted automatically within one hour. We provide a "Delete now" action in the workspace. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllDayPDF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
