Common questions

Where is my file processed?

Convert (JPG/PNG ↔ PDF), merge, split, sign, and Small/Medium compression run entirely in your browser — the file never leaves your device. Only Large (maximum) compression uses a secure server-side provider, and it is labeled accordingly.

How does Pro pricing and refunds work?

Pro is $0.99/month or $9.99/year and unlocks unlimited merging and splitting (free plan merges up to 3 PDFs and splits into up to 3 outputs), unlimited signatures, maximum compression on every document, and an ad-free site (Pro users never see ads). Orders are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy. Cancel anytime from your account page.

Do I need an account?

Only for Pro. Every free tool works without signing in. You can sign in with email or Google. A Pro subscription is tied to an account so unlimited merges, splits, signatures, maximum compression and ad-free browsing follow you across devices.

How do I cancel?

Open your account page and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We'll ask a short optional question about why you left.

What files are supported?

PDF, JPG, and PNG. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint conversion is coming soon and is not available yet.

Password-protected PDFs?

Files that are encrypted, corrupt, or executable are rejected. Remove the password before uploading.

What cookies and ads do you use?

Essential cookies keep you signed in and run checkout. Google Ads measurement and Google AdSense set advertising cookies, and they never load until you allow them where consent is required. You can change your decision anytime via 'Cookie & privacy choices' in the footer.
