Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with AllDayPDF Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us through the Help page and we will raise it for you.

Cancellations. You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro features remain available until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Renewals. If a renewal charge was unintentional, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
