Privacy Policy

AllDayPDF (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described here. We process it to provide the service, to keep it secure, to support you, and to meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and, where required, your consent.

You only need an account for Pro. If you create one we store your email address, an account identifier, and your subscription record (plan, status, billing period, subscription and customer references). We do not store your password — authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider, and you can also sign in with Google.

For each processing job we store only what is needed to run and support that job: an anonymous session ID, tool and tier, file metadata (name, size, MIME), signature count, processing status, payment references, amount, currency, payment status, output size, and expiration/deletion timestamps.

If you cancel a Pro subscription and choose to complete the short cancellation survey, we store the reason you select and any optional comment you write, linked to your account, so we can improve the product.

To monitor reliability and understand which tools are used, we record a usage event each time a tool runs. Each event contains the tool and tier used, a timestamp, an anonymous session ID, and a country derived from the network request. We do not send filenames, document contents, or page images to analytics. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

Most tools — image ↔ PDF conversion, merge, split, signing, and Small/Medium compression — run entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your device. Maximum (Large) compression uses a secure server-side provider: your file is transmitted solely to perform that compression and is deleted per the provider's contractual terms. Office conversion (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is not available yet; when we launch it, it will also be server-side and labelled as such in the app.

Uploaded files are held in private storage at unpredictable paths and are used only to perform the operation you selected. Files and any generated outputs are deleted automatically within one hour. You can also delete them immediately from the workspace.

• We do not use your documents to train AI models.
• We do not use documents for advertising or profiling.
• We do not send filenames or document contents to analytics or advertising tools.
• We do not permanently save signature images.

Pro subscriptions ($0.99/month or $9.99/year) are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and billing support. We share the minimum data needed for that purpose and receive back subscription and customer references so we can unlock Pro on your account. We never receive your payment login or full card number.

Other recipients are limited to Google (Google Ads measurement and Google AdSense, only where you have consented — see Cookies below), our infrastructure and hosting providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

Uploaded files and outputs are deleted within one hour. Usage events are kept in aggregate form for service monitoring. Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute-handling obligations, then deleted or anonymised. We use encryption in transit, private storage, and access controls appropriate to the data we hold.

Subject to your local law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact support and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your privacy choice, and run the checkout. These are always active because the service cannot work without them.

We also use Google Ads measurement and Google AdSense, which set advertising and measurement cookies and may personalise the ads you see. These scripts are not loaded until you allow them. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all advertising, analytics, personalisation, and functionality storage set to denied by default. Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and the United States (and any visitor whose region we cannot determine) see a consent banner and can accept or reject with equal ease; rejecting keeps the advertising scripts blocked.

Ads are shown to free users only. While a Pro subscription is active, no ad units are rendered anywhere on the site.

You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie & privacy choices” link in the site footer. Clearing your browser storage also resets the choice.
